Dowell House, Southsea
Hawke Property Services Limited assisted in the restoration of these stunning Grade 2 listed buildings. Overlooking the Solent with views to the Isle of Wight, this former marine barracks is full of character and steeped in history. A sympathetic and well planned approach was required due to the scale of the project, ensuring minimum disruption for the residents.
Burchell Court, Lancing
We were brought in to expertly manage the sensitive and extensive task of replacing 56 bathrooms and 56 kitchens whilst residents continued to live on site. Our complete in-house service, combined with precise planning, ensured that we completed the project on budget and on time, minimising disruption for all residents.
Twickenham Murals, Richmond
Two separate community projects, carried out in two independent phases, from concept through to completion, including scaffolding, provision of power supply, modern graffiti and several illuminated signs. The designs were pre-agreed with the Local Authority with significant input from the client and their designers

Kingsbury House, Southampton
We undertook a significant challenge when we were approached to address severe internal damp issues caused by a failed system.
Our team were tasked with removing the entire external fabric of the building to comprehensively resolve these problems.
Leveraging our extensive expertise across various disciplines, we are currently successfully restoring the building to its former glory, ensuring a durable and effective solution for the residents
